Jakarta Public Service Executive Director, Mohammad Syaiful Jihad assessed, policies made by Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan, that related directly with its citizens such as Jakarta Pintar Plus Card (KJP Plus), Jakarta Mahasiswa Unggul Card (KJMU), Worker Card, Jakarta Elderly Card (KLJ) and the newest is Jakarta Disability Card (KPDJ) are making Jakartans happier.
This financial assistance surely can help ease disabled people's life
According to him, there are many disabled people in Jakarta that came from underprivileged families. Thus he appreciates KPDJ as one of Jakarta Government's initiatives in helping them financially.
"I think Mr. Governor's policy is quite amazing since financial assistance would have been very useful for them," he expressed, Friday (8/30).
Here is How to Get Financial Aid Through KPDJBesides, he also appreciates Jakarta Council (DPRD) for their cooperation with executive in processing the policies that favor the small people and their support in realizing equality in Jakarta.
He hopes Jakarta Social Department can optimize their work in inventorying data of disabled people in Jakarta by intensifying door-to-door service and involving RT/RW administrators to help them registering disabled residents in their regions to Social Department.
"This financial assistance surely can help ease disabled people's life, both for themselves and
their families," he asserted.For information, there are 7,317 disabled people registered in Social Ministry's BDT who have received KPDJ.
KPDJ cardholders are entitled to financial assistance of Rp 300 thousand per month per person. This assistance is distributed cumulatively once per 3 months.
